Careers and recruitment data

If you submit a CV through our careers form, we collect the information you provide for recruitment and talent-pipeline purposes only. We use this information to assess role fit, contact shortlisted candidates, maintain a secure review workflow, and meet our legal and security obligations.

• CV files are treated as untrusted uploads and stored outside the public web root.
• Uploaded files are placed into a protected scan workflow before download is allowed.
• We do not expose CVs by public URL and do not send them around as email attachments from the public form.
• Our default retention period for careers submissions is 12 months unless renewed, required by law, or deleted earlier on request.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate our website, communications, hosting, analytics, or service delivery, only where reasonably necessary.
